EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Style Society aims at providing you with the best ever shopping experience. It is essential to us that you absolutely love your purchase every time you shop with us and to make this possible, we have a fuss free, easy return & exchange policy:
  • For all returns and exchanges, please email us with your request, within 7 Days of the delivery date. We will then provide you with instructions on returning your item.
  • All returned items must be in original condition. Items must be unwashed, unworn and include all original tags and packaging. But please feel free to try on your item for size!
  • All return or exchange requests for non sale items received within 7 days of the delivery date, in their original condition, may be returned for either a refund, exchange or store credit (we regret we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty or not as ordered).
  • We offer exchange or store credit on all sale items. Please note that we will only process a refund on sale purchases if the item is deemed faulty.
  • A flat fee of $5 will be applied for re delivery (within Australia) for all exchanges unless the item is deemed faulty.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 7 days for processing.

PLEASE NOTE:

Return items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned back to the customer

Please ensure you contact us within 7 days of the delivery date, to obtain instructions before returning an item



SHIPPING/DELIVERY

AUSTRALIA

A flat fee of $10.00 applies to all deliveries within Australia. Please allow 1-4 business days for arrival of your goods, from once we receive payment and delivery between capital cities. All items are sent via Express Post Platinum and will require a signature upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL

A flat fee of $30.00 is applied to all international deliveries. Insured airmail generally takes between 5-10 working days, dependent on your location. Local post guidelines apply in the event no one is available to collect delivery.
